Join us for a transformative and intimate 3-night women’s retreat in the beautiful Swiss Alps. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and at the foot of the magnificent Lauenen mountains, you will have time to rewild, revere and reconnect to your feminine essence.  

 Inspired by nature’s 5 elements, these 4 days will be filled with carefully curated sessions and experiences designed to bring about profound healing, connection, insights, and transformation. The elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether will be our guides, gently bringing us back home to our cyclical feminine nature. We will come together to play, transform, and support one another on this journey of remembrance.

Our Sanctuary: Hotel Alpenland

The Chalet-Hotel Alpenland in Lauenen near Gstaad combines real Swiss tradition with culinary delights under one cozy roof. A small, fine hideaway in the heart of the Bernese Oberland for gourmets, connoisseurs and nature lovers. As a member of the Private Selection Hotels & Tours association, the house guarantees an unforgettable stay - you can expect alpine authenticity in the immediate vicinity of world-famous Gstaad. From breakfast through to dinner, they serve delectable dishes prepared with regional and seasonal produce. Their snug mountain saunas offer a choice of Finnish, bio or infra-red sauna, while the quiet space is perfect for relaxing after a hike or other activities.

A hideaway in front of a breathtaking backdrop: The Hotel Alpenland is located directly at the foot of the magnificent Lauen mountain range. All rooms have a balcony - one step and you breathe the air of the great Bernese Alps. Let the panorama work its magic on you! The interior is made of cozy wood and beautiful fabrics and you will find everything that will make your stay comfortable.

Thanks to the sunny south-facing location, the panorama double rooms will pamper you early in the morning with the first rays of sunshine and a breathtaking view of the Lauen mountains. In a generous 30 m2 room you will enjoy a private ensuite bathroom and a cozy seating area for reading and relaxing.

Prices indicated below are for 1 person for a 2 person shared room.

Early Bird: 1,250 CHF (ends May 25)
Regular: 1,350 CHF

Book with a friend and get 10% off the regular price each: 1,215 CHF

Depending on the chosen payment method, an additional 3% fee may apply.

The rooms will be offered on a 1st come, 1st served basis. In order to reserve your spot, you will need to send us a deposit of 500 CHF. Only after the deposit has been made will we be able to reserve your room. There are no single rooms available on this retreat as it allows us to offer more women a spot in an already very intimate group of maximum ten women. If you’d really like to join us but having a room to yourself is very important, please reach out to us and we will see if there’s anything we can do.

 FAQs

  • This retreat is for you if you desire to step away from your responsibilities, release built-up tension, and rediscover your aliveness. Our intention is to co-create a non-judgemental, nourishing space for you to connect to sisterhood, to experience a deeper sense of belonging and to leave feeling regenerated and inspired.

    It doesn’t matter where you are on your journey, we honor your individual unfolding process while guiding and supporting you along the way. The only requirements are to come in with an open mind and free of any judgments.

  • The cost of the retreat is all inclusive, with the exception of traveling costs. The minute you arrive to the hotel, you will be completely taken care of.

    Extras include: any food or drinks outside of the retreat menu.

  • To confirm your spot right away, we require a deposit of CHF 500. The second payment will be due within a month later. If needed, you’ll have the option to split the second payment into two payments for a small additional administrative fee. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the retreat start date.

  • We start the program at 16:30 on Thursday and finish at 11:00 on Sunday, so please plan your travels accordingly!

    If coming from within Switzerland:

    Hotel Alpenland in Bernese highlands (Berner Oberland) is easy to access from any major city in Switzerland and is a short distance from Gstaad. You can reach the hotel by car or travel by public transport: take the train to Gstaad and from there it only takes 15 minutes by bus to Lauenen Rohrbrücke - the bus stops right in front of Hotel Alpenland's front door.

    If coming from outside of Switzerland:

    The best airport to travel to and from is Zurich and from there you can drive or take a train to Gstaad and then either a 15min bus to Lauenen Rohrbrücke which stops right infront of the hotel or a taxi. It will take you around 3 hours either way to get to the location.

    Please note that not every day will carry the exact same schedule as above, and that we always leave a bit of room for flexibility in the program. That being said, you can expect a program filled with inspiring sessions & workshops as well as enough time for integration, rest and relaxation.

    You will be provided with the full schedule upon arrival.

  • Check in starts at 15:00 on the 20th of July and we will likely have the opening ceremony at 16:30. Check out is at 11:00 on the 23rd of July.

  • Due to the financial liabilities that come with hosting a retreat, we have a pretty strict cancellation policy that you can find in our Terms & Conditions HERE.

    We reserve the right to cancel this retreat in case something were to come up, in which case you will receive a full refund.

    Also please note that any damages incurred by you in and around the hotel, regardless of how small or unintentional will be your financial responsibility.
