Let’s come together in a safe and sacred space to experience connection, healing and feminine embodiment through movement, breath, sound, sharing circles and more. This session will take place on one of the nicest rooftop locations in Basel!
The intention is to create a nourishing, enriching and supportive space for us women to remember and embody our sacred and magical nature.
This is a safe space for you to feel, to be, and to connect with powerful women in the most open and nurturing atmosphere. Inspired by nature’s elements, you will be guided through a unique alchemy of modalities that include meditation, movement, breath, sound and open sharing and expression circles to create a community-like experience of deep transformational healing and support.
We will be tapping into our feminine essence, tuning into our hearts and working with our body’s inherent wisdom to release blocks, find answers we long for and come home into full being.

Make sure to bring comfy clothes, socks, if possible a blanket (or something warm), a notebook and a water bottle (can be refilled on site). Mats and snacks will be provided, as well as a beautiful set-up prepared with love.
