Breathwork is used as a tool to access parts of oneself that aren’t easy to get to on the surface. It’s a powerful self-exploration journey to the inner world. The process will put an individual in an expansive state of consciousness to access the inner healer, detect blocks and patterns that lie in the body, release unnecessary energy and gain greater clarity for more alignment in your life.
What to expect:
Each Breathwork session is unique and experiences vary from one individual to another, as well as from one Breathwork session to the next. You may experience the following, but your experience is not limited to:
Reduced stress, tension or constriction
Improved immune function and decreased inflammation
More energy and better sleep
Feelings of openness, connection, love, peace, clarity, gratitude...
Release of trauma or mental, physical and emotional blocks
Release of anxiety, depression, fear, grief and / or anger
Heightened intuition
Access to unconscious memories relevant to your healing
Deeper states of consciousness and inspiration
Downloads about your work, relationships, health or other
A feeling of being fully immersed in the now
Reminders:
Try to come as rested as you can
Avoid food 1.5hr prior to the session but make sure you’re not hungry either or else you’ll be thinking of food, a small snack is ok
Dress comfortably and warm (blanket might be nice)
If you have back issues, a pillow or rolled up towel / blanket under the knees is good
Loosen any bra and pants if they’re tight
Have a piece of paper and a pen handy in case you feel the urge to put your experience into words or pictures after the session
Drink lots of water in the hours following the session

High Blood Pressure that is not controlled with medication
Acute heart conditions
Detached Retina
Glaucoma
Asthma
Strokes, seizures or other neurological condition or disease
Severe anxiety or panic attacks
Serious psychological conditions such as bipolar or schizophrenia
Recent surgery, wounds, broken bones still healing
If you have been diagnosed with PTSD, you are required to get a therapist’s approval to participate
Make sure to bring a mat, comfy clothes, warm socks, a blanket (or something warm) and a water bottle with you.
If you are corona positive and bought a ticket, you can show us proof of your results and use your ticket for a future session.
Lastly, please try to come at least 5-10min early to get comfortably set up and so we can start on time.
