Join us for an immersive and transformational journey amongst women held within the beauty of nature in the Portuguese region of Ribatejo. We will come together to explore, grow, support one another and come back home to wholeness. We will open our hearts, laugh, dance, cry and be wild. We will share ourselves and our wisdom, connect with our bodies and release what no longer serves us. We will find softness in being, embrace our feminine sensuality and connect to source. This journey will be a beautiful and safe space for you to feel and be all of you while leaning into your divine feminine essence.

Inspired by nature’s 5 elements, these 5 days will be filled with carefully curated sessions and experiences designed to bring about profound healing, connection, insights and transformation. Earth, water, fire, air and ether are the building blocks of human life. We have all of these within us, and when we can understand the qualities of each element and recognize them in our body, actions, thoughts and emotions, we can flow through life with more ease, love, joy and freedom.

 Through embodiment practices, empowering tools, sisterhood and deep presence with nature you will experience connection and balance in being; a coming home. Fully alive, joyful, peaceful and blissful. A deep remembrance of your truest essence beyond all external noise. A safe haven within yourself.   • This women’s retreat was one of the best experiences of my life. It was a very well rounded combo of rest, mindfulness, healing, movement and connection with other women and nature. Nour is the gift that keeps on giving. She effortlessly created a safe space for all the women to share feelings, traumas and hidden thoughts. She led us into meditation, yoga practices and workshops but more importantly created a safe space for all the women to connect and invite healing and growth in a few short days. She also gave us tools and practices to take home with us while we continue to connect with our feminine hearts. I will be the first to sign up for the next retreat!

  • This retreat truly was the kickstart to everything that has happened internally and externally since then. It definitely cracked something open and has been the catalyst for all that followed after; my world is greatly shifting. I think the biggest things that have happened are discovering and working through unresolved trauma, and opening myself to love again. And for work I’ve decided to take a leap and follow my calling to become a Doula, which starts next year. Life is happening :) I’ll treasure my time at this retreat for a long time to come.

Our Sanctuary: Quinta Carvalhas

Located in the beautiful and tranquil Ribatejo countryside, Quinta Carvalhas, also known as The Green Farm, is waiting for you to come home. This luxury retreat venue in central Portugal combines nature’s heart beat, a stunning property, and a wealth of knowledge and wellness activities from a loving family team. All they ask is for you to be yourself and find comfort in this peaceful respite. The farm features a spacious rustic yoga shala, outdoor terrace, pool, massage and holistic treatments, and horse encounter programs for human and animal wellbeing.

Quinta Carvalhas has 16 private bedrooms, 10 featuring ensuite baths with three shared baths for the remaining six. The posh rooms are divided over three different areas of the farmland in refurbished barns and rustic buildings that are decorated for comfort, style, and healing.

You will have the option to book a shared or single occupancy room, although there are a limited number of single occupancy rooms available.

The rooms will be offered on a 1st come, 1st served basis. In order to reserve your spot, you will need to pay a minimum deposit of CHF 300. Only after the deposit has been made will we be able to reserve your room.

I understand that a retreat is an investment, and for some a bigger financial and time commitment than for others. Hosting a retreat takes a lot of behind the scenes effort and I choose quality and high standards over quantity, which comes with a certain price. Beautiful locations, quality food and service, and a program that offers more than most retreats out there. I also like to keep the group small and intimate in order to create the best experience possible for each participant. For those with financial constraints, we usually offer flexible installment plans, so remember that this is an option 🤍

 FAQs

  • This retreat is for you if you desire to step away from your responsibilities, release built-up tension, and rediscover your aliveness. Our intention is to co-create a non-judgemental, nourishing space for you to connect to sisterhood, to experience a deeper sense of belonging and to leave feeling regenerated and inspired.

    It doesn’t matter where you are on your journey, we honor your individual unfolding process while guiding and supporting you along the way. The only requirements are to come in with an open mind and free of any judgments.

  • The cost of the retreat is all inclusive, with the exception of flights. The minute you arrive to the airport, you will be completely taken care of.

    Extras include: spa treatments and any food or drinks outside of the retreat menu.

  • To confirm your spot right away, we require a deposit of CHF 300. The second payment will be due within a month later. If needed, you’ll have the option to split the second payment into two payments. You also have the option to pay the full amount right away.

    If you sign up closer to the retreat date, you will need to pay the amount in full.

  • The nearest airport to the retreat location is Lisbon Airport (LIS), which is about 60-75min from Quinta Carvalhas.

    You will have the option to get on the group arrival transfer likely scheduled for 14:00 (to be confirmed). A group departure transfer will also be scheduled at 11am on the last day. Both transfers are included in your package, however if you miss them for whatever reason, you will be responsible to cover transfer costs to and from the retreat location.

    Please note that not every day will carry the exact same schedule as above, and that we always leave a bit of room for flexibility in the program. That being said, you can expect a program filled with inspiring sessions & workshops as well as enough time for integration, rest and relaxation.

    You will be provided with a printout of the full schedule upon arrival.

  • Check-in starts at 15:00 on the 30th of May and we will likely have the opening ceremony at 17:00. Check-out needs to be completed before 11:00 on the 3rd of June as departure is scheduled for 11:00.

  • Yes you can! A variety of treatments are offered such as Ayurvedic massages, Chinese massages, or Reiki to name a few. Prices mostly range between 65-95 euros and are listed HERE.

  • TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until December 20, 2023. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.

    In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.

    Refunds for deposits

    We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

    Refunds for fully-paid trips

    You may change or cancel your trip up until December 20, 2023 for a refund, excluding the deposit. After this date, no refunds will be given.

    Trip cancellation due to COVID-19

    A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour. We suggest buying your own travel insurance for coverage of cancellations within 30 days of the tour commencing for reasons other than a full tour cancellation.
